Introduction
This portfolio compiles several artifacts, such as websites, webliography, effective teaching strategies, lesson plans, videos, and many other kind of ESL resources for teachers and students. These learning tools were obtained during text readings, lectures, research and class projects. This portfolio contains valuable information for those that are teaching ESL, ELLs and LOTE students.
Expanded SLA Reflection
Second Language Acquisition (SLA) is a long process of gaining knowledge by studying, practicing, and experiencing with a foreign language. In this section I present my own reflection regarding to personal experiences learning English as a second language.

This page presents the effective English learners instruction checklist (SDAIE), three literacy lessons, and two lessons modeling sheltering instruction.
Third Page: RESOURCES
This page includes a list of text books that were read to compile the resources for this portfolio. Also, includes an organized list of the 50 ESL strategies as a quick reference. The oral language, writing, and reading strategies for ESL, where some of them are linked with you tube videos representing the strategy are included as well.
Fourth Page: WEBLIOGRAPHY
This page includes a collections of websites offered by the authors Peregoy & Boyle in their book Reading, Writing, and Learning in ESL, 2012. Also include a selection of different internet websites to support ELLs, ESL and LOTE students in developing languages. An interesting webquest is included, as well as a poster with the tech-tools most used into the classroom instruction (student-oriented).
